I really had a great experience! They took time, listened to my wants and goals for my treatment. While she provided me with information on additional services that might benefit me, I didn’t feel like it was all a sales pitch and I really appreciated the info! I love my results and I will definitely return.

The folks at Metroplex are always great! I've been going there for many years and they are all consistently friendly, professional and efficient. During each of my visits i feel like I get plenty of time to discuss any issues or concerns. There is a great attention to detail to all aspects of my visits.

The front desk and check out desk were extremely professional and friendly. Dr Hensley was very informative and welcomed any questions. His Product and skin care knowledge was very impressive. Would recommend to friends and family!

The staff were very kind and efficient. They took time to listen to me before the exam and took into account my concerns. I really like that they can take pictures so they have something for an accurate comparison for the next time. Highly recommend their office

The front desk personnel were friendly & thanked me for completing the paperwork online before coming in. Nora, the assistant, took a picture for their records and asked if I wanted a full body scan or to have only the questionable areas looked at, and I asked for a full body scan because I hadn’t been to the dermatologist in several years. The PA, Robert Blant, was friendly and professional. He was easy to speak with, and I felt that I was examined thoroughly and felt good with the results of his examination.

Waiting time was excellent! Doctor’s PA was nice and efficient and Dr. Hensley knew what the problem was immediately! He also spent some extra time listening to an additional issue I’m dealing with, which I appreciate! The front desk is awesome, as usual!!!

Highly Recommend! I’ve been coming here for years now for my skin care needs which haven’t been much but a check up here and there until recently. I have been treated by Dr Hensley, Richard Brandt, and Josie Karl. I can’t say enough good things about them. I have severe anxiety issues and when it came time to put around 50 steroid injections into my sores that were from scalp to toe, I totally was freaked out by being stuck with a needle that many times and in my scalp! I was put at ease right away and the injections were just as they said, they didn’t hurt. Recently I had a nodule come up on my foot that turned into cancer. I had to have it cut out to be tested and again my anxiety was through the roof with the injections. Again, they were honest and prepared me that this time it was going to hurt because of the placement of the nodule. Well, it did hurt but at least I was prepared and the compassion that both Richard Brandt and Eric showed me that day was so comforting. The empathy was exactly what I needed to calm my anxiety and it made me feel very cared for and not just some lady who we just hurt and cut on her foot but oh well. That makes a HUGE difference to me when it comes to choosing my medical care. Thank you to the entire staff for always being so kind and courteous and caring about my needs!
